Arthritis is an inflammation of joints of various origins, during which the joint’s internal membrane, articular cartilage, capsule and other elements are damaged. Arthritis includes rheumatoid inflammation, gout, osteoarthritis, tuberculosis and so on. Arthritis’ signs are joint’s swelling, local fever, redness, pain and movement’s restriction.

Arthritis is a chronic disease with many different causes. There is traumatic arthritis, whose cause is trauma and polyarthritis – several joints’ simultaneous inflammation. Arthritis’ development’s reasons are infectious diseases and metabolic disorders, also immune pathologies. And causative factors are hypothermia and excessive physical load on the joint.

Arthrosis is a progressive disease of the musculoskeletal system, during which tissue’s degeneration happens together with an inflammatory process. Arthrosis most often affects hands’, spine’s (osteochondrosis), hip’s, knee’s, ankle’s joints.

Gout is a disease of joints, which is caused by uric acid’s salts’ deposition. Gout is more common in men over 40 years old. It mainly affects hands’ fingers’ and toes’ joints. Gout’s signs are joint’s sudden and severe pain, redness and “fever”. There is also a hereditary predisposition to this disease. Hypertension and diabetes mellitus, also incorrect nutrition, caused by consuming a large amount of meat, smoked meat and fats.




 

Recipes for external use:

Ointment for joints. Beat 1 egg’s yolk, 1 teaspoon of turpentine and 1 tbsp. of apple vinegar. Mix everything well and store in the refrigerator for no more than one day. Gently rub the ointment into the affected joint. The procedure can be done as needed, several times a day. It is best to do this at night. And in the morning the inflammation will disappear.

In a bowl place 2 tbsp. of honey, half a glass of rye flour and 2 teaspoons of powdered sugar. Mix everything well, until a thick homogeneous mass is formed. Then wrap this mass with a dense fabric or gauze folded in several layers on the painful area. In the morning remove it and gently rub the skin with apple vinegar.

Recipes for internal use:

Prepare an apple vinegar solution (1 tablespoon of vinegar + 1 glass of water + 1 teaspoon of honey). Take for the first 2 months, 1 glass 3 times a day before a meal. Then reduce the intake to 1 glass a day, in the morning on an empty stomach. Take for one more month. After such a treatment, arthritis’ aggravation will not be long lasting.

To eliminate acute joint pain it is recommended to take 1 glass of a weak apple vinegar solution every hour during the day (1 teaspoon of vinegar per glass of water).

Prepare 1 glass of freshly squeezed tomato juice. Add to it 2 teaspoons of apple vinegar and mix. Take 1 time a day 1 hour before a meal for one week. Arthritis related joint pain will disappear after the first dose.
