Twice a year I had pneumonia and I thought that I would never get rid of it. But one wonderful and very simple method helped not only me, but also many people to whom I recommended it. The doctor told me about it, as an example from his medical practice.

Here is the composition of the inhalation and the method of preparation:

  • Peel 6 cloves of garlic and chop them.
  • Pour 1 cup of water into a small pot and as soon as the water boils, put the garlic into it and reduce the temperature to minimum.
  • Boil on low heat for no more than 5 minutes.
  • Then place the pot on the table, cover with a cloth, lean closer to the pot so that the steam does not scatter, and only after this remove the lid and add 1 teaspoon of soda.

How to do the inhalation?

When doing the inhalation, it is not necessary to breathe deeply right away, because this can cause coughing. When you get used to the steam, start breathing as follows: inhale through the nose 2–3 times – slowly exhale through the mouth; 2–3 times slowly inhale through the mouth – exhale through the nose. When you realize that the steam is no longer warm, dry your face and wrap a warm scarf around your head. After this, immediately lie down to sleep!

Similarly, I cured my 6-year-old nephew, who had severe sore throat and a fever of 40.2 degrees.

The next morning after the inhalation, he felt much better, the fever went down and the abscess burst. You can inhale garlic steam with soda 2–3 times a day.

The phlegm disappears and the condition improves, after 2–3 days the temperature returns to normal.

Pneumonia is caused when an infection or irritation inflames the air sacs (alveoli) in the lungs, filling them with fluid or pus. There are several main causes:

1. Bacterial Infections

  • Most common cause in adults.
  • The main bacteria: Streptococcus pneumoniae.
  • Others: Haemophilus influenzae, Staphylococcus aureus, Mycoplasma pneumoniae (known as “walking pneumonia”).

2. Viral Infections

  • Common in children and older adults.
  • Viruses that can cause pneumonia include: Influenza (flu virus); Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV).

3. Fungal Infections

  • Less common, but occur in people with weak immune systems.
  • Examples: Histoplasma, Cryptococcus, Pneumocystis jirovecii (often in HIV/AIDS patients).

4. Aspiration Pneumonia

  • Happens when food, drink, vomit, or saliva accidentally enter the lungs.
  • More likely in people with swallowing difficulties, neurological problems, or excessive alcohol consumption.

5. Hospital- or Ventilator-Acquired Pneumonia

  • Infections contracted in hospitals, especially in patients using ventilators.
  • Often caused by antibiotic-resistant bacteria.

Risk factors that make pneumonia more likely include:

  • Weakened immune system (HIV, chemotherapy, chronic illness).
  • Smoking or lung diseases (COPD, asthma).
  • Very young or old age.
  • Chronic conditions like diabetes or heart disease.

Here are the main symptoms of pneumonia:

Common Symptoms:

  • Cough – may produce phlegm (mucus) that is yellow, green, or even blood-streaked.
  • Fever and chills – often sudden onset.
  • Shortness of breath – difficulty breathing or rapid breathing.
  • Chest pain – sharp or stabbing pain that worsens when breathing deeply or coughing.
  • Fatigue and weakness – feeling very tired or exhausted.

Other Possible Symptoms:

  • Sweating and clammy skin
  • Loss of appetite
  • Headache
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Confusion (especially in older adults)
  • Bluish lips or fingertips (due to lack of oxygen in severe cases)

In Children and Infants:

  • Rapid or noisy breathing
  • Flaring nostrils when breathing
  • Refusal to eat or drink
  • Irritability or lethargy
  • Sometimes only fever and cough, without clear chest pain

Important: Symptoms can range from mild (like a bad cold or flu) to severe and life-threatening, especially in the elderly, young children, or people with weakened immune systems.
