Amnesia, memory impairment – treatment with apple cider vinegar
Apple cider vinegar is useful for amnesia. Various chemicals contained in it, such as B vitamins, phosphorus, and potassium, contribute to the synthesis of glutamic acid. This acid prevents the aging of nerve cells and promotes their division.
To treat amnesia and mental irritation, it is useful to drink 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and honey daily with 1 glass of milk. This remedy effectively strengthens the nerves and fills the body with new vitality.
Pour 1 liter of boiling water over 50 g of walnut leaves, let it stand for 20 minutes, strain, add 3 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar. Drink 2-4 glasses a day.

An infusion of rose petals is an effective remedy for sore throats, acute respiratory diseases, and pharyngitis. Add 1 tbsp of rose petals to 1 glass of water, bring to a boil, let it stand for 1 hour, strain, add 1 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar. Gargle 3-4 times a day.
Beet juice. Grate a beet on a fine grater and squeeze the juice. Add 1 tbsp. of 6% apple cider vinegar to each glass of juice. Gargle 5-6 times a day.
The number one remedy for sore throats, pharyngitis, and laryngitis is a beet decoction. A medium-sized beet is poured with water and boiled until soft. Cool the resulting decoction, filter it, add 1 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar per 200 ml of decoction, and use it for gargling.
Mix equal amounts of apple cider vinegar and honey. Take 1 teaspoon every hour with mint tea during the first day, then 4 times a day on the second day, and 3 times a day on the third day. As a rule, the temperature becomes normal.
Mix apple cider vinegar and salt in a 2:1 ratio. Dissolve 2 teaspoons of the mixture in 1 glass of warm water. Gargle every 2-3 hours until a therapeutic effect is achieved.
